CPBS and Brio-Hyperion Budget Data Mart Training
We offer two levels of training classes for budgeting - one for "New Users" and a "Real Time Budget Workshop" for individuals who have previously used CPBS. The New User training is a hands-on class that covers the basics of budgeting, CPBS web, and standard Brio-Hyperion budget reports. In the Real Time Budget Workshop, Budget Office staff will be on hand to help users work on their budgets and answer CPBS web and Brio-Hyperion budget report questions.
Training sessions will be held in either G27 Stimson Hall or Room 150 Training Lab at 120 Maple Ave, on various days and times early in the budget cycle.
In order to participate in a New User or Real Time Budget Workshop training session, you will need an active VMID and password for accessing CPBS web. You will also need your NetID and password for accessing Brio-Hyperion budget reports. PLEASE check your access and security when you initially register for training. It can take up to a week to establish your VMID or password changes. You can avoid potential difficulties by checking security when you first sign up for training.
