Accessing CPBS using CornellC

We do not recommend using the mainframe for accessing CPBS for budgeting because many features exist only on the web application.

1. Go to Bear Access - select "Campus Hosts (Telnet)".
2. Select "CornellC" - you should go to the main screen for access to Cornell C.
3. Type in your VMID on the USERID line and your password on the PASSWORD line and press the <Enter> key.
4. The screen that appears next depends on the User Profile for your VMID. Generally, if the user has access to more than one distributed administrative system, the CUADMIN screen will appear. (If the only administrative system the user has access to is CPBS, the user will automatically be brought to the main CPBS screen.)
5. Enter the command for the budget system (“BDENTER”) on the Command line.
6. Press the <Enter> key. This will take the user to the main CPBS screen.
7. Use command "FPC" for financial planning screens and "WPC" for workforce planning screens.
